Guests can unwind in the beautiful private pool (6 x 12 m, depth 140 cm), surrounded by magnificent views over the Tuscan landscape. The pool, open from May 1st to September 30th, is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, a shower, and an elegant gazebo with a table and chairs, perfect for sipping an aperitif at sunset. Completing the villa are a convenient private parking area that can accommodate up to 6-7 cars and a practical barbecue, ideal for preparing delicious grilled meals with family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with every convenience: oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. From here, you can access the outdoor patio, perfect for al fresco breakfasts. A convenient guest bathroom completes the ground floor. First floor: The sleeping area is located on the first floor and consists of 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a comfortable double bed if needed. All bedrooms feature a private ensuite bathroom with shower, ensuring privacy and comfort for every guest.
