  Exceptional

The host was fantastic from the moment we arrived. Even before we arrived. She was excellent at communication and made our stay stress free and as easy as possible. The place was spotless and she even allowed me to stay slightly longer as I had a later flight. I highly, highly recommend her.

Flats 2 and 3, on the first floor, have an interconnecting door, and share a wonderful, very large balcony where we enjoyed loads of lovely morning sun (at the end of October/start of November). Flat 1 is on the ground floor, and opens out directly onto the pool. Although it wasn't an issue for us, we weren't aware that we had booked 3 separate flats - it may be in the description but we mi …

  Satisfactory

The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Each person had 2 pairs of towels (shower and pool towel) - as we asked for. Free parking outside the house. Unfortunately there were some things we did not accept. It all started with the check-in. We got around 2 hours later in as check in time was. We were disappointed as we had to change our plans for the day. We saw that other persons got out late and cleaning person has nothing for it. As we all know - sleep is so important on holiday. Unfortunately, the mattresses in all the bedrooms were very uncomfortable and worn. None of us slept well on them. The pillows were also uncomfortable (a matter of taste, of course). There w …
