Very good
Thought it was very convenient to different places. The only thing that I would change would be the hot water. We had very lukewarm water for a shower. No access to ice. And no vanity space in the bathroom

Very good
This was a nice stay overall. However, we did have to ask for new sheets (twice!) because we found stains on the ones in the room when we arrived. They apologized and handled everything else well.

Good
Pool & outdoor area well cared for. Inside hallways and stairwells not so much. Room was what was expected, though TV only had one channel working. Staff friendly

When we were finally allowed to check into our new room after 30 minutes. We immediately ran into more issues with the new room, more "white" stains on the headboard above the bed, and fire alarms barely hanging f …

No elevators! Our room smelled moldy and disgusting. The temperature never got below 74 in the room despite setting it to 68. The breakfast bar was EMPTY at 9:30 but was open until 10:30. Beds were hard. Overall bad experience.
