Modern and cozy villa of recent construction, able to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, where basic amenities are within easy walking distance. Availability of a garage inside the accommodation. About 2 km away are the Civil Hospital of S. Maria della Misericordia and the University of Udine. The Centre of Udine is about 11 minutes by car and 16 minutes by public transport. The villa is 196 square meters and is on two levels, connected by stairs.
