The location of the apartment is ideal for getting around the city on foot or by public transport. Overall, our stay was ok. While the apartment is located in a decent area, it’s pretty dated. The furniture was worn and the conditions of the unit could use an upgrade. The pictures on the website no longer align with what you get when you arrive.

Great apartment close to everything! Roomy for 6 but cozy and in a great neighborhood. Easy to walk to Prado, Royal Palace, and other great areas of town but there is a metro stop 1 block away. Also but cabs available right out front constantly. Grocery store a block away was handy. Easy check in and check out and great communication with host. Assisted with transport to and from airport. One in our group got sick during our stay and the host provided info about medical treatment. A doctor showed up at the apartment within 45 minutes after we called. As Americans, we were floored! Would definitely recommend!!

En general nos gusto todooo, la chica que nos entrego el apartamento y el portero super amable. Estamos super agradecidos de que se nos permitiera entrar antes de la hora (sabemos que en muchas ocasiones no es posible), muchas graciasssss. Todo a pasos, restaurantes, farmacias, supermercados, transportacion y sobre todo la Estación de Atocha.

My family and I (four total) absolutely loved this apartment and were pleased to be greeted upon arrival by Angelique as she helped us with our bags and gave us a tour around the apartment. It was open, clean, bright, spacious and in a perfect location that was very close to some many of Madrid's main attractions and tourist spots. The property was quiet, despite being in a relatively busy area. Hospitality was amazing throughout our trip, with the company even assisting us with transportation from the airport to the apartment and back to the airport when our trip was over.
