Fully renovated and furnished, with a cosy atmosphere, situated between the Chartrons district and the Bassin à Flot, 10 minutes from the centre of Bordeaux, near Place Ravezie and the quays, you’ll have a parking space in the residential complex at the foot of the building. This flat is fully furnished and equipped so that all you need to do is unpack your bags and enjoy every comfort for an unforgettable stay. Le Charme d’Antan can accommodate up to 2 adults and one child The flat is laid out as follows: - A living room with a sofa bed (a partition can be used to close off this area if a child is sleeping on the sofa bed) - A cosy dining room - A fully equipped separate kitchen: fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and conventional oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and a wide range of kitchen utensils - A double bedroom (140x190 bed) - A bathroom with a shower - Separate toilet - A large balcony Please note: cleaning and maintenance work is currently being carried out on the building’s façade. Lugar maravilloso , piso espectacular, lugar tranquilo , todo muy limpio , todo lo que necesitas encuentra en este hogar , ropa de cama td impecable, la casa huele muy bien , toallas blanquitas, el apartamento acogedor , buena repartición de los cómodos , es como sentirse en casa o mejor , super calentita la casa , los vecinos muy amables, super recomendable! Nous y avons passé 5 nuits, 2 adultes et 1 ado. L’aménagement est super. L’espace fermé (séjour) est très bien pensé. Nous étions bien durant le séjour. Le logement est très bien situé et le fait d’avoir un emplacement voiture est un grand plus. Nous recommandons fortement.
