The apartment is located on the third floor WITHOUT lift, has a small balcony and it's ideal for those looking to explore the city conveniently. The flat is a loft and the interior space is organised as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, kettle, oven and cooking utensils), dining table, double sofa bed, TV and access to balcony; - BEDROOM with double bed; - BATHROOM with shower, bidet, washbasin and WC; - STORAGE ROOM with washing machine and dryer; - 2 BALCONIES.
