I may not be available to accommodate you in my apartment. If this is the case a friend of mine will come to greet you. I would of course be at your disposal to give you advice about Paris. Very well connected transport: Metro (2, 3 and 13) + many buses. Accommodation 25 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Élysée Montmartre or Place de la Concorde! This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property. A simple apartment with all the amenities you’ll need for a comfortable stay! The apartment has 1-bedroom, furnished with a double bed fitted with hotel quality linens. As well as a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV. A fully equipped kitchen with your basic cookware and cutleries are also at your disposal. Feel free to use any of the amenities provided at our home, including free WiFi, hairdryer, washer etc. We also provide fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable!
