The property comprises the following: - A living room with a sofa, TV and dining area. - One bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. - A large bathroom with a washer-dryer, a toilet, a heated towel rail, a walk-in shower and a vanity unit. This flat enjoys exceptional natural light thanks to its high floor level, and is completely quiet as it overlooks a courtyard. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the best of the town centre, without the noise! The Place Bellecour neighbourhood needs no introduction; it is the heart of this Gallic city, right next to the metro, buses, restaurants and the many shops in this lively neighbourhood. You’ll be just a stone’s throw from the tourist information office, which can help you organise your stay with us. Transport: If you’re coming by car, the Bellecour public pay-and-display car park is located underground, beneath the square. If you’re travelling by train from Part-Dieu station, the more adventurous among you can walk here in 30 minutes; otherwise, it’s just a 10-minute journey by metro or bus to get here. Grandiose Stadt!
Die perfekte Lage beim Platz Bellecour, die gute Ausstattung, alles hat funktioniert.(Heizung, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, etc.) Man hat es ja vorher gewusst, die 90 Treppenstufen sind schon happig.

L’appartement est idéalement situé en plein centre-ville de Lyon. Il est agréable, propre et l’accueil a été très bon par Morjiane. De plus il donne sur une cour donc est très calme. Toutefois, à noter, le store du salon très sensible qui se bloque au moindre mouvement.

Emplacement idéal, dans un environnement calme, à 2min à pieds du centre-ville et du métro. Le lit dans la chambre (140cm) est un peu petit pour 2 personnes mais convient pour un séjour de courte durée. Logement propre et avec le chauffage dans la chambre et le séjour, ce qui est très agréable en hiver.

L'appartement est très bien équipé, très fonctionnel, accueillant et spacieux. Les photos sont en totale conformité avec ce que vous verrez en franchissant la porte. L'accueil était de plus fort sympathique. J'ai tout apprécié.
