Experience Bucharest right from the heart of it! Located at km 0, our home is just a couple of minutes walking distance to the Old Town and across the street from all the main restaurants and attractions that Bucharest has to offer. Guests are welcome to enjoy full access to the apartment during their stay, with the only exception of a small storage area marked “Staff Only”, used by our team. Depending on the circumstances (e.g. emergencies, parties or complaints from neighbours), there may be times where our team requires entry into the home, especially in cases where the guest is unreachable. Our team will do our best to communicate any such events in advance. • Please note that for safety & security reasons, our home features a video doorbell outside of the apartment. • Access to the property is strictly limited to the guests included in the reservation. Unregistered guests are not allowed at any time. Unauthorised access or high-traffic activity (e.g. gatherings, commercial use) will be charged at full occupancy rate and may lead to immediate cancellation without refund. • If you require the use of the extendable couch during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary bedding. Since this is prepared only upon request, last-minute notices may not guarantee availability of linens. • If you are booking for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshoots), kindly notify us in advance with the details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary. • Guests are required to complete a Check In Form prior to their arrival which includes standard information (e.g. emergency contact number, etc.) as well as submitting a photo ID, as required by law, in accordance with art. 3, paragraph D of law nr. 237 from 2001 regarding guest access and registration in touristic structures. Thank you! Quiet hours: 22:00 to 8:00. Pets: Allowed. Smoking: Not allowed. Events: Not allowed. Suitable for: children and infants. Additional rules: • No shoes inside the home • No smoking inside the home (penalties apply) • Parties inside the home are strictly forbidden (penalties apply) • Quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM • Clean right after your pet (if any) to ensure no damage is made to the home • Furniture must be returned to its original position on departure • All windows must be closed on departure • Turn off all AC’s, lights & other electrical appliances on departure • Pet Fee - 39€ / pet / stay It gives us no bigger pleasure than to be part of your amazing experience while in Bucharest. That being said, our team is reachable 24/7 for any inquiries, suggestions or issues you might have. Our home is located right in the heart of the city, next to the main boulevard, Gheorghe Magheru and close to the Old Town. Within a 7-minute radius there are over 100 restaurants, clubs and pubs, plus many shops. Walk in the nearby Icoanei Park, a small yet wonderful park to grab some fresh air. Step inside our luxurious 1 bedroom home, featuring a welcoming bedroom with living area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom & 1 wonderful balcony overlooking Bucharest. We welcome both long term stays as well as short. Here’s an overview of the space: • Bedroom with living area & balcony - Comfortable Queen size bed with memory foam mattress. - Luxurious bed linen with 400 thread count, Egyptian cotton. - 65 inch TV for enjoying your favourites directly from bed. - Storage dressing & private AC unit in room. - Private balcony for enjoying your morning coffee. • Kitchen Area - Fully equipped kitchen with all required pans & cooking utensils, large fridge, oven, microwave, electric hot stove as well as a Nespresso coffee machine. • Bathroom - 1 full shower for a comfortable experience. - Blow dryer and a full range of toiletries offered.
