- Electricity: Turn off the fan after use.
- Children and Pool: Children under 12 may use the pool only when accompanied by a parent or guardian. You must shower before entering the pool or any water facilities.
- Sun Loungers: Do not reserve sun loungers with towels.
- Quiet Hours: After 8:00 PM, be mindful of neighbors who may have open windows and wish to relax in peace.
- Photography: Commercial photography and filming are not allowed on the premises.
- Parties & Gatherings: Parties, gatherings, and other social functions are strictly prohibited.
- Gym Use:
- Proper sportswear and sneakers are required to use the gym.
- Handle equipment carefully and disinfect after use.
- Intentional damage to gym equipment will incur charges.
- Elevator Use: Children under 14 may use the lift only when accompanied by someone aged 14 or older.

You will have access to the entire apartment with private large terrace. You will also get to enjoy the communal pools, gym, lounge, sporting areas and gardens. You can make use of the private parking space within the gated community, you will be assigned one parking space for your sole use. If extra parking is needed you will easily find street parking just outside the community.
