Keep the apartment in good condition: When you leave, please empty your trash cans, wash your dishes, and leave the apartment tidy. Responsibility in the event of disturbances or breakdowns: We remind you that we cannot be held responsible for elements or incidents beyond our control. This includes: Any noise disturbances coming from the building, such as parties organized by neighbors. Noise outside the apartment related to city life (traffic noise, etc.). Temporary breakdown of the building's elevator. Unpredictable breakdowns of equipment or appliances, such as dead batteries in a remote control or a burnt-out light bulb. We are unable to predict such incidents in advance. Internet outages attributable to the provider or network degradation, whether inside or outside the building. Use of the toilet: The toilet is intended exclusively for biological waste and toilet paper. Any other use will result in a charge for service. Use of beds: The sofa and other surfaces must not be used as beds. Only beds and sofa beds provided for this purpose are permitted. Events and parties: strictly prohibited. Animals (pets or otherwise): strictly prohibited. Tenant responsibility: You are responsible for any damage or loss occurring during your stay.
