Our cleaning teams manage multiple properties across Lisbon and prioritise confirmed advance reservations, so the home may not always be fully ready by 3:00 PM for last-minute bookings, although we always do our best to prepare it as quickly as possible. Guests may drop off luggage from 11:30 AM (subject to availability) and are welcome to explore the city while the home is being prepared. For planning purposes, the later of either the guest’s arrival time or 3:00 PM is used for final preparation scheduling. The cleaning fee covers full property preparation. No refund will be given for timing-related adjustments in same-day bookings. If there are material cleanliness issues, guests must notify us promptly so we can inspect and resolve them during the stay. Refunds may only be considered where issues are significant and cannot be resolved after being reported. Quiet Hours & Noise Considerations: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM 🌙. As we are near the airport 🛫, occasional plane noise may be heard, though double-glazed windows help minimize it. Local Event Notice – Possible Noise (Lisbon Festivities): During late May to mid-June, Lisbon celebrates the Santos Populares, including the Santos à Campolide festivities nearby. This is a traditional city-wide cultural event featuring live music, entertainment, and celebrations that typically run from late afternoon until late evening (sometimes into the early hours). As our bedrooms face the direction of the festivities across the street, some nights may experience elevated noise levels. The intensity varies throughout the period and is outside our control. This is temporary and part of Lisbon’s annual cultural celebrations. We appreciate your understanding. Sustainability: Help us conserve energy by turning off electrical appliances when not in use ⚡.
