Payable upon check-in. - The city government requires a photocopy of all staying guests' ID card or passport, for which we will kindly need your collaboration before arrival. Driver’s licence is not accepted. - The patio of this room is shared with another room and with the common area of the property. It is not a private or exclusive space. Quiet hours: 22:00 to 8:00. Pets: Not allowed. Smoking: Not allowed. Events: Not allowed. Suitable for: children and infants. Additional rules: 1. The quiet hours are 22:00-08:00. Please pay extra attention to your volume in both common areas and the apartment. 2. Not following the house rules, for example bringing pets, smoking, having parties, missing check-out time, or not respecting the quiet hours would incur a charge of €100. 3. There’s a full bathroom with a shower. Complimentary toiletries and towels are also provided. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and cutlery.
