Location is great, right by a trolly stop and across the intersection for all sorts of dining and shopping. We had difficulty unlocking the condo, reached out and it was fixed within minutes. Great amount of space for 5. All the kitchen supplies we needed.

We have been visiting the Anchorage for two decades and this was our second time staying in this unit. We love the property. The location, the easy access to the beach/trolley/Village, all of it! The unit itself is clean and well kept. However it is a bit dated. The couches are very comfortable but also have seen better days. The mattress in the master br was incredibly uncomfortable. To the point that by the end of the week, we couldn’t wait to not have to sleep in it again. The divot on each side is like a sinkhole. But the price was right for our vacation plans and we would come back again.

The condo was very clean and an easy short walk to the beach. It is, however, right next to the draw bridge and can be quite loud at night, with stopped traffic and people being loud with their horns and engines. (Not normal traffic noise, people TRYING to be loud) We did visit during the Spring Break season and perhaps this is just a an issue during this time. There is a nice little market that is close and a couple of walkable restaurants and sporting goods shops.

Our family enjoyed the pickleball courts, pool, easy access to beach & several coffee spots as well as eating places. We had a great week and are already discussing a return visit. Thanks so much!!

We were very happy and satisfied with this stay! The location....the size, condition and amenities of the condo....communication with the host....the on-site staff was very friendly and helpful.....the grounds were clean and well kept, and the pool was exceptional. There's not one negative thing I can say. Loved it here!!
