Self-contained with private access, it offers comfort and tranquillity for a stay with family or friends, whilst remaining close to all amenities. Living area: - Spacious, light-filled living room with a sitting area, dining area and fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware and crockery) Bedroom area: - Bedroom 1 “Le Lac”: 2 single beds (80x190) that can be converted into a double bed, en-suite shower room, fitted wardrobe - Bedroom 2 “L’Olivier”: 1 single bed (90x200), access to the terrace and garden, fitted wardrobe, nappy-changing table - Bedroom 3 “La Fauvette”: 1 bunk bed (90x200), desk and cupboard - Separate bathroom with bath and laundry area (washing machine and tumble dryer) Outdoors: - Courtyard with secure parking - Private garden (right-hand side only) - Furnished terrace with charcoal barbecue, outdoor dining area and sun loungers Additional facilities: Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, television.
