To add a touch of modernity, an elevator was introduced, granting easy access to the apartment on the 4th floor. The space can comfortably house 6 guests across three bedrooms. The Space Upon entering the freshly refurbished apartment (2019), the first thing you'll notice is the burst of sunlight illuminating the living area and kitchen, offering a private panoramic view of the city. The open-plan design of the living room and kitchen creates an airy, expansive feel. The three bedrooms are tranquil retreats, with the interior balcony ensuring peace and quiet. This balcony, facing the building's front, also serves as a perfect breakfast nook. For your comfort, both air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi are available. Generous windows invite in ample daylight, while well-thought-out furniture ensures guests' utmost comfort. For those inclined to cook, a fully-equipped kitchen awaits.
