Sperrinview House is a lovely two-storey property in Northern Ireland with a distinctive country-cottage feel. This 4-bedroom property comfortably sleeps 8 adults plus two infants. The property is fully furnished and equipped and is located on the outskirts of Magherafelt, (a vibrant market town in Mid-Ulster that is just 3 minutes drive from the house). Sperrinview House offers the best of both worlds (a tranquil and relaxing rural environment with the added convenience of nearby amenities including garages, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars etc). It's central location in the heart of Mid-Ulster, Northern Ireland, enables guests to easily access the most popular attractions including the Giant's Causeway, the Titanic Quarters and the Wild Atlantic Coast. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, double oven cooker etc 4. Fully equipped laundry room with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Outdoor drying facility also. 6. Dining room that comfortably seats 8 adults plus 2 high chairs. 7. Lounge/living room with comfortable seating, an open fire (logs provided), Smart TV. The room leads on to an elevated front terrace with stunning views. 8. The house is well insulated with double glazing throughout. 9. The house is heated via the Hive central heating system with radiators in each room. 10.The internal immersion water heating system enables guests to access hot water at all times. Outdoor amenities: - 1. Patio area beside the kitchen with a gas barbecue (gas provided), a chimenea (logs provided), and seating/table area for eight guests. 2. Raised front terrace with comfortable seating for 8 guests who can relax and enjoy the panoramic views of the Sperrin Mountains, Slieve Gallion Braes, and the surrounding countryside. 3. Private back yard with a washing line, a table and chairs, a log bunker, and recycling facilities.
