It is accessed by walking through the first bedroom, but a door clearly separates the two spaces and preserves everyone’s privacy. This bedroom then leads to the bathroom. - A functional bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, a sink, a mirror, and a toilet. It is accessible by passing through both bedrooms in succession—a layout to keep in mind during your stay. Enjoy the 90m² fenced-in outdoor area, shared with the tenant of the ground-floor studio. There is no parking space available for this unit; however, it’s very easy to park for free on the street in front of the house.
