The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: – A 38 m² living room with a TV, a sofa, a wood-burning stove (wood not provided) and a dining area. – An open-plan kitchen equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… – Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160x190), a wardrobe and a clothes rail. – A shower room. – A separate toilet. – A 10 m² north-facing balcony running the length of the property. On the first floor: – A mezzanine with a study area leading onto a 5 m² south-facing balcony. – Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190), a wardrobe and a clothes rail. – Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160x190) and a chest of drawers. – A bathroom with a bath and toilet. For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: a high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: – A beautiful 2,000 m² south/south-east-facing garden, unfenced, with a 40 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: – Hiking: make the most of the many signposted trails around Ventron, with over 120 km of paths. – Cross-country skiing: explore Ventron’s Nordic ski area and its various trails in winter. – Snowshoeing: explore the snow-covered trails of the Vosges mountains, particularly around the Ermitage du Frère Joseph. – Mountain biking: explore the many mountain routes and Vosges landscapes by bike. – Heritage: visit the Ventron Textile Museum and learn about local history. – Nature walks: explore the Ermitage du Frère Joseph, its paths and its stunning panoramic views of the Vosges mountains. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (2 spaces). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: – Nearest railway station: Kruth, approximately 12 km away.
