What a lovely place and so pleasantly converted. Delightfully situated in a lush part of the UK. David & Sally such helpful hosts on a full working farm. Great to be able to see the animals and walk round such lovely countryside. Close to amenities for all ages. Would highly recommend and intend to return. Thank you David & Sally

A perfect place to stay with friends and family. The accommodation is beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. Underfloor heating, a log burner, a great area to socialise and relax. Folds Yard is in a great location to explore, local hikes, trips to Matlock, Belper, Cromford etc.

We stayed at Hazel Cottage for five nights and it accommodated our group of five adults comfortably. It is a lovely cottage in a convenient location for exploring Derbyshire. The accommodation was cosy and comfortable and easy to live in. Bedrooms, shower rooms and living area were spacious and easy to organise. The log fire was easy to use and was invaluable during the cold weather.The kitchen was well equipped but only has a small fridge and freezer - useful to know if you are planning to do a lot of self catering. However lots of additional storage space made organising our stay easy. The staff that we encountered could not have been more helpful.

I would highly recommend this property. The décor is finished to an excellent standard, and the rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The only thing missing was a hairdryer. The walls are a little thin, so we could hear the neighbours, but it didn’t affect the enjoyment of our stay.
