First of all, the directions to the property were incorrect. We arrived and turned into the first drive on the right as per the directions given, to find that there was no parking space available, and we couldn't get into the keysafe. After we called the host we were told we were at the incorrect property, and directed to the second driveway, which were not the directions given to us. We then parked up, and got the keys from the keysafe, but could not get in to the property. So I had to call the host again, and I was getting pretty irate at this point. Turns out it was bolted locked from the inside. Host let us in after unbolting the door on the inside. Eventually got in, and immediately not …

It's a lovely place to stay however in the summer downstairs was incredibly hot under all of the glass. We stayed last year in May and it was fine but July was too uncomfortable. We'd stay again but not in the height of the summer. The owners provided very much appreciated snacks, milk and a bottle of wine on arrival. The sofas and bed all very comfy. The property is in a very good location and parking was off road and fine.

Excellent property welcome package was a nice touch and much appreciated. Lovely clean and comfortable place to be and a great location for seeing sights of Weymouth & Dorset. Hot week so a little warm due to the glass roof but not really a problem as fans provided did a great job of cooling the place down when we returned from a days exploring.. highly recommended. All in all a nice relaxing week away

Lovely property as a base to visit weymouth and surrounding areas. Very clean and had everything you could want as a holiday stay.

Very good
Was a beautiful cottage with lovely little extras which where a nice touch such as milk, biscuits and a bottle of wine. A really comfy bed and nicely stocked kitchen. Not far from beach or local shops. The only thing that took away from the stay was how hot the living room was, it was very uncomfortable on hot days, to the point we could not be in the room. This is due to the glass panels. Could do with some blinds or something on the glass roof panels to cool the place down.

A well presented holiday property in all ways apart from the severely steep stair case and compromised headroom in the bedroom. For a younger, more nimble family, perhaps not a problem.
