Summer holiday
Lovely property in great location. Clean inside, good bedding but sadly let down by; * no maintenance of the courtyard garden. * no front gate for the fencing (a hazard for small children and dogs) * very dirty windows. * nowhere to hang coats * fridge’s ice box impossible to use as so frosted up.

This is a delightful cottage in the centre of town. Parking available nearby, free after 6 and 2 hours free during the day. Large carpark at the end of the road. The information folder needs updating for the WiFi code. Lights on the stairs were not working .

Lovely cottage in a great position close to shops and restaurants for a slightly out of season visit. The cottage was characterful and had a warmth and charm. Whilst the inside was well equipped, clean and cosy it is a little let down by the outside which could be benefit was a little TLC.. a clean of windows and maintenance of drains.

The property was in an excellent location enabling easy access to shops and beach. The charming character of the property was let down by the shabby appearance of the garden. It stated in the booklet (at the property) that the house has a gardener, however this was not evident from the display of weeds and general neglect. Care and attention would make this charming property much better. It could do will an exterior paint and clean as well as maintance on the garden. The fan in the bathroom does not work as well as some of the lighting in the kitchen. Lavender cottage has so much to offer and feels very cosy. Exceptional
The cottage is lovely and very relaxing. Very quiet, peaceful, close to the beach and all the town’s shops and amenities. A perfect location and a delightful cottage. A couple of lightbulbs needed replacing and the extractor didn’t work in the bathroom but I’m sure they are aware of it.

Nice traditional cottage, very clean internally and well equipped. A little tired in terms of decor, but part of an old cottage (curtains need fixing). Our main feedback is that the windows were filthy making a dark cottage even darker, and the garden really needed a good tidy up and pruning to make enjoyable to sit in. We cleared the litter from the front garden as didn’t want to walk past it every time we came in and out!
