You have also the choice to relax at your private pool (8 x 4 m), with salted water, made of natural stone and surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden. One of the highlights is relaxing on the spacious covered porch where you can have dinner or have a rest with a glass of wine or a cold local beer. The villa has more than 900 sqm of private garden that has been landscaped for ultimate relaxation with an interesting selection of local plants and trees, such as 3 olive trees, 3 pine trees, a fig tree or a pomegranate tree, combined with bougainvillea plants, roses or rosemary. It has also an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy a barbeque like being in the forest. Another interesting area is the terrace on the roof, where you can enjoy the sun during the day or see the stars at night. After accessing from a private parking area, you enter the property into a light and airy space, freshly decorated in neutral and marine tones with wooden accents. This beautiful beach house has the charm of the traditional floor tiles that have been restored, as well as all the wood furniture, and at the same time all the comfort such as the full air conditioning in all the areas.
