Please read it carefully before your arrival and let us know if you need anything or have any questions. ## Neighborhood There is a beautiful coastline of unspoilt beaches within a short drive, which are crossed by the Ria Formosa Natural Reserve, considered to be one of the seven natural wonders of the Algarve. The Praia de Tavira is the region’s finest and most popular beach, which is connected to Tavira by a regular and inexpensive ferry, which departs from the city centre (10-minute walk from the apartment) and also from Quatro-Aguas. The Island is 11Km long and is thought to be one of the best beaches in the Algarve Region. Many companies offer boat tours, including kayaking and paddleboarding. The town’s leisure centre is next door to the condominium which offers superb leisure facilities including a 25 metre, 8-lane indoor pool, 5 newly resurfaced tennis courts and an Astroturf. ## Transit There is public transport available in the area and all around the Algarve. Positive: The location was good, only a few minutes to walk to the beach. A Supermarket was just across the street and parking for our car was very convenient. Coffee Shops and Restaurants were close, evrything in walking distance. Negative: The apartment was run down, many things didn't work. The toilet cover in the small bathroom was broken and leaning against the wall, the curtain in the shower was old and dirty, the shower had a big black stain .. The kitchen in general, especially the cooker, was not really clean. We have used the water boiler only to prepare tea. Razoável tirando alguns constrangimentos.
Positive: Localização, porque estava perto de minimercado, rua principal, centro, praia e restaurantes. Negative: Faltavam alguns utensílios de cozinha para as 6 pessoas, que é a capacidade máxima do apartamento. A cozinha precisa de sofrer uma reabilitação e alguns equipamentos dos quartos de banho. A fechadura da porta da sala, precisa de ser trocada, porque não era possível abrir a porta para a varanda. Em termos de áreas o apartamento tem boas áreas, mas precisa de umas reabilitações, nos pontos que referi anteriormente, para conseguir ficar excelente.

casa boa para o motivo (férias). 1 WC bastante pequeno (chato para tomar banho). os moveis precisam de ser mudados urgentemente pois estão se a desfazer. frigorífico muito mau e a torradeira também, varanda cheia de ervas já de alguns meses tinham mais comodidades do que sabiam (pedi um berco ou colchão extra, disseram que não tinham, ao chegar a casa estavam ambos dentro de um roupeiro)
