Nothing to ask for. Excellent accommodation and very well appointed in a quiet location. Family Christmas and could have not wanted for more. Appreciated the Christmas decorations. We will be back. Local Chinese and kebab takeaways recommended, within 5 minutes walk.

The property was wonderful. Excellent level of cleanliness, really could not have been better. It was really well appointed, furnished beautifully throughout. We especially appreciated the Christmas decorations which had been so tastefully arranged. The location was perfect too. Thank you.

One of the best holiday lets we have stayed in. The location was quiet but only a short stroll into the town centre and Halesworth itself is ideal for visiting lots of other places in the area, especially the coast. The cottage itself was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could need for a great holiday, the outdoor space was an added bonus in the hot weather we enjoyed during our stay, we also found the interior stayed cool and airy despite the heat. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit our family in Suffolk.

Well positioned and very clean house. We did find the settee and chair a bit uncomfortable, but otherwise really pleased with the property.

We are 2 elderly ladies and found it very difficult to use the shower over the bath. We arrived on a Friday. When we contacted Sykes on the Saturday, the person who answered the phone said they couldn't find a Manager and would phone back in an hour. We never got a phone call. We decided to phone back on the Monday and once again was told we would get a phone call. We never did but in the afternoon a maintenance person arrived at the house and sorted out the problem. He found out also one of the keys was damaged and woul …
