  Improvable

For starters the floor, ironing board cover were very dirty. I wiped an area of the floor and the napkin I used was filthy dirty. Other then checking in the day I arrived, no one came to provide clean towels or asked if I needed anything. The only clean in the room was the refrigerator and bed sheets. I have never dealt with such BAD service. I won’t be recommending anybody to that Motel 6 @ 7135 N. Fresno St. in Fresno, California.

Got there foe my reservation ans checkin to find this sign on the door stating they were sold out and would not return to the priperty until 9 am the next day?!?!? Should have known something was up when my bill was sent in Euros now dollars. Spent the next two hours trying to reach the owner with VRBO and get it sorted out, but he refused to answer after the first call from VRBO. Had to search for hours to find another room. Now just hoping to get my money back. Love how there was not a single employee or contact on premise.

  Satisfactory

There are roaches. Room is ok. Bed is ok. Phone system to contact them doesn’t work right. It says press 2 for English but goes to another language.
